Refund Policy 

Unless a package is lost, damaged or an order is shipped incorrectly, we have a no refund policy. Because scent is very subjective, we encourage customers to purchase our 2ml sample kit first to evaluate whether it's a good fit or not.

To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need to send us the receipt or proof of purchase and a picture of the damaged good. To request a refund, you can contact us at jil[at]scentstrip-perfume.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Because perfume is a flammable liquid (alcohol based) we do not accept returns of our products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns and we'll be happy to help!

 

Exchanges
Because we cannot accept returns, we do not accept exchanges. If the product is defective, you will be reimbursed and can make another purchase on our website directly or contact us at jil[at]scentstrip-perfume.com.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (7-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
