Shipping Policy

Jil CROQUET Parfum processes orders and ships Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Most orders that are placed before 12 PM PST will ship the same day but processing sometimes can take up to 2 business days. If you need to make any edits after placing an order, please email us at jil[at]jilcroquetparfum.com as soon as possible.

Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please allow up to 2 days for the tracking number to update once received.

If you are local to San Diego, you can come and pick up your order at our studio once ready. To do this, just select local pick-up when checking-out.

Free Shipping

Free Standard Ground Shipping is available within the contiguous United States on orders over $150 (excluding discounts/promotions and tax).

Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders upon check out.

Shipping Fees And Methods (US mainland)

Perfume can't be shipped internationally or mailed domestically using air transportation due to restrictions on alcohol. Your products are always shipped using UPS Ground.

Due to COVID19 safety precautions, UPS may be experiencing delays and can deliver past the estimated times below. During this time, your order may not have scans for several business days and may be delivered after the estimated delivery date.
